 I’ve been to see a few chiropractors and other sports professionals over the years but Lauren is the first I’ve seen where it doesn’t feel like my session is being rushed or that I’m only there for a few minutes. She’s extremely thorough with her examinations and listens to me rather than just giving me a quick adjustment and sending me on my way. Apart from being a fantastic clinician she’s also got a friendly and positive presence and is super easy to talk to. I’d highly recommend her and I won’t be going anywhere else.

 After a few treatments I felt like a new person. So much more loose and flexible. Lauren gave some stretches and exercises to do at home which really made a difference too. She always has time for me and never rushes which is something I have not experienced before in similar settings. I also like how full the treatment feels, she covers a lot in one session.
